For stock we have available in Australia, there are no minimum order quantities required. Click here to view what's currently in-stock.

For offshore orders, MOQs of 50-100 units will apply.

For coolers that we currently have in-stock, turnaround times will range from 1-3 weeks depending on the delivery location and customisation required. Click here to view which coolers are currently in-stock.

For offshore orders, turnaround times usually range from 10-14 weeks. Due to the volatile international shipping conditions, we cannot guarantee delivery times for offshore orders but we will provide on-going updates to ensure you know how your order is progressing.

The majority of our cooler bases are made in China and then customised in Australia.

For large wholesale orders of 100+ units, we have the option to fully customise the coolers in the factory and send direct to the client. This can save the client up to 40% on some occasions.

Our head office is currently located on the Gold Coast, QLD but our warehousing and distribution facilties are in Melbourne, VIC.

We do not currently offer pickup as an option. All orders are sent via the cheapest available courier and you can Request a Quote to find out how much freight will be to your location.

All of our coolers come with a 12 month warranty (excludes wear & tear).

Yes - we are fully insured up to $20 million for public liability claims. We also have transit insurance (including international cargo), so you can be assured that your orders are fully covered in the unlikely event of an accident.

Yes - we are always open to collaborating with brands if they can offer a mutually beneficial arrangement. Please contact us if you have a proposal.
