Once your order is placed with Branded Coolers and the artwork is received and approved the customisation can take between 1 and 2 weeks. The item is then packaged in a cardboard box and shipped by our courier Transdirect.
Please note this does not apply to large orders that are manufactured offshore.
Shipping times:
1 to 2 weeks for one off custom orders
8 - 12 weeks for large corporate orders
Items are shipped in our cardboard box with authority to leave at address unless customer advises otherwise.
