Once your order is placed with Branded Coolers and the artwork is received and approved, customisation can take between 1 day and 2 weeks. The turnaround time will be provided in your quote. The item is then packaged in a cardboard box and shipped via courier.
Please note: This does not apply to large orders that are manufactured offshore.
Shipping times:
• 1–2 weeks for online orders
• 12–16 weeks for large corporate orders (requiring offshore manufacturing)
Items are shipped in our cardboard box with authority to leave at the address unless the customer advises otherwise.
