Once your order is placed with Branded Coolers and the artwork is received and approved the customisation can take between 1 and 2 weeks. The item is then packaged in a cardboard box and shipped via courier.
Please note: this does not apply to large orders that are manufactured offshore.
Shipping times:
1-2 weeks for online orders
12-16 weeks for large corporate orders (requiring offshore manufacturing)
Items are shipped in our cardboard box with authority to leave at address unless customer advises otherwise.
